this is likely to be a long post, so get comfy. we had a really great christmas in these parts. it was easy and relaxing and laid back. we had good food and great weather. and we got to skype with all the family. here are lots of photos from the last couple days:
christmas eve. we got up with henry and i made some christmas shaped scones (trees and snowmen).
then went to union square to check out the tree and then got lunch at boudin. chili in a sourdough bread bowl. so good. bryan took some pictures of henry. here are the best ones:
dinner that night was chicken and cashew stir fry with brown rice. we ate it in the bathroom while henry took a bath. then he got to open his xmas pjs (more like i opened them) and got dressed for bed. then bryan and i stayed up way too late watching tv.
woke up bright and early saturday -545 is the norm with henry these days. i got up with him so bryan could sleep in, but i couldn’t contain my excitement and woke bryan up after henry was done with breakfast.
it was the best day. we stayed in our pjs for most of it. and like every other holiday we have spent in sf it wouldn’t be complete without a viewing of the star wars marathon.
