gen and bryan
In the beginning this blog was about two people who decided to move across the country for an unbelievable opportunity. Then those people got married. Then they moved. Then they moved again. And then they had a baby. Now, nearly four years later, its about a family navigating through all the ins and outs of life in a big city. its about togetherness, and, as always, love.

Hey guys-
Glad everything went well, and you arrived safely. I checked out the apartment-looks pretty nice-but I guess when I come to visit I definitely need to get a room! Abbey officially has graduated-I have the diploma in my possession to prove it.
Hope you are settling in.
Love you guys-
Aunt Terri
PS- Happy early birthday Bryan!

Hello, a friend asked me to check craigslist.org for Missoula, MT and the next thing I knew, there was a picture of a river and some hills and suddenly I was asked about Gen and Bryan. Since that photo looked like the bridge in San Francisco, and I am from there (currently living in Kauai, HI – don’t let the email address throw you, I was living on Guernsey in the Channel Islands between France and England and later, in Edinburgh, Scotland), I decided to keep scrolling. Might I say, you have a beautiful baby and I’m completely envious that you get to stroll along the pier and the picture of the sculpture/fountain at the Embarcadero made me homesick! Of course, I shouldn’t complain, I’m five minutes from Hanalei Bay and I do get to wear flip flops twelve months a year! I really do think your blog is excellent. I love Gen’s sense of humour. I usually don’t take the time to look at people’s blogs, but I have a cold (yes, it happens even here!) so there you go. Aloha and Mahalo! I hope you have a great week and don’t think it’s too weird that someone in Hawaii has written. All the best, Cathy Moe by the way you can read my column (I’m an astrologer) at http://www.metropolis.co.jp which is in Tokyo. (I’ve had my own radio shows and written for CNN and some magazines in Tokyo, for BBC Guernsey and Edinburgh, Scotland).
